Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. (EBI) seeks an experienced Marketing Manager for Cawood, delivering strategic B2B marketing across Agriculture, Animal Health and Environment.

You will partner with the Director of Product and commercial leaders and manage budgets and agencies, translating complex technical subjects into compelling customer propositions. This role is based in Bracknell, UK, within One EBI and offers growth as part of a global, science-led group.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience with growing responsibility.
• Experience developing and executing marketing plans with direct impact on commercial outcomes.
• Strong written communication and content development skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical subjects into clear customer propositions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute marketing activity across Agriculture, Animal Health and Environment.
• Partner with Director of Product and commercial leads to shape strategy and delivery.
• Manage agencies, suppliers and marketing budgets; collaborate with sales and product teams.
