Propel is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition and lead generation from a London base, with a flexible hybrid working setup. You will own multi-channel campaigns, craft targeted email nurture journeys and coordinate webinars and events to fuel growth.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of B2B marketing experience, strong copywriting, and a commercial mindset capable of linking marketing activity to leads and revenue.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B.
• Hands-on email marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Experience with webinars and events as part of a marketing mix.
• Experience with audience segmentation and nurture campaigns.
• Experience using a CRM/marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot).
• Commercial mindset and understanding of how marketing contributes to leads and revenue.
• Strong copywriting, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, creative, and able to take ownership of campaigns.

Aufgaben

• Plan, create and execute email marketing campaigns focused on new customer acquisition.
• Develop targeted email campaigns, audience segmentation and automated nurture journeys to improve engagement and conversion.
• Coordinate webinars, including campaign promotion, registration activity and follow-up communications.
• Identify relevant industry events and support marketing activity to generate new business opportunities.
• Explore additional acquisition channels, including direct mail and digital campaigns.
• Work closely with sales and internal stakeholders to align campaigns with commercial objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, reporting on results and identifying opportunities to optimise activity.
• Bringing fresh ideas and taking ownership of campaigns from initial planning through to execution and analysis.
