Propel is a fast-growing European B2B SaaS business hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own paid search and CRM/lifecycle initiatives across Europe. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape digital growth from the UK, collaborating with an international marketing team and regional managers.

You'll drive hands-on Google Ads performance, translate market objectives into campaigns, and develop email/Lifecycle strategies to nurture leads and increase conversions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Google Ads/PPC experience across multiple markets.
• CRM, email marketing and lifecycle marketing expertise.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on conversion and ROI.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Europe (UK, Spain, France).
• Collaborate with regional Growth Managers to align campaigns with objectives.
• Improve lead quality, conversion rates and acquisition efficiency.
• Develop CRM, email and lifecycle strategies to engage prospects and nurture opportunities.
• Grow the marketing database and convert site visitors into qualified leads.
• Coordinate with local marketing teams to implement nurture campaigns.
