Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a DevOps Engineer in the UK to implement and support improvements, increase efficiency, and accelerate delivery. You will work across Development and IT Operations with a focus on people, process, and tools that unify the customer-focused DevOps approach.

The role requires 5+ years of DevOps experience, strong AWS and CI/CD skills, and hands-on Terraform, Kubernetes and Helm. Travel and the right to work in the UK are required; a hybrid work model and learning opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance.
• Practical experience using Terraform, Kubernetes and Helm.

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience of DevOps tooling, containers and containerisation.
• Communication: Able to speak to stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical implementation.
• Facilitate information/business knowledge: Able to act as a business SME and understand what the business needs and how to support this into an efficient DevOps team.
• Stakeholder Management: Able to negotiate and influence with stakeholders to ensure the service runs effectively and efforts are placed correctly.
