Job summary

Boeing Defence UK in the United Kingdom is seeking an Avionic Supervisor to join the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul team. You will supervise a small group of aircraft technicians, plan and distribute work, ensure process adherence and timely paperwork in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to an Operations Lead, you will provide leadership, interpret technical drawings and publications, and maintain high standards of Airmanship, Health & Safety, and on-time workload

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory authorisations on the aircraft type being worked on
• Ability to supervise, plan, sequence and control technical work for technicians
• Strong communication and collaboration within a team and with regulators

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small team of aircraft technicians in MRO activities
• Plan, sequence and distribute maintenance tasks to ensure timely execution
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements and accurate work recording
