Job summary

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited is seeking an Avionics Supervisor to join its MRO team in the UK. You will lead a small group of aircraft technicians, ensure process adherence, timely work recording and regulatory compliance, and provide mentoring and direction.

You will review technical documents, manage workload, maintain safety and quality standards, and collaborate across teams to support major programmes like Apache, Chinook, and P-8A.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance within aviation environment.
• Security clearance (UK SC) or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aircraft maintenance under BDUK MAA MRP Part 145 approval or MOD customer approval.
• Supervise, mentor and coordinate a small team of technicians in maintenance activities.
• Plan, sequence and control technical work; review documents and ensure compliance with procedures.
