Qualifications

• Trade apprenticeship or equivalent experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Knowledge of aviation maintenance processes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aircraft maintenance under Boeing's MAA MRP Part 145 approval.
• Supervise and mentor a small team of aircraft technicians.
• Plan, sequence and distribute technical work.
• Ensure completion of aircraft paperwork IAW procedures.
• Maintain a collaborative approach and promote safety.
• Mitigate risks and elevate issues promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor Apprentices or Trainees as directed.
• Promote open and honest reporting culture.
