Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Avionic Supervisor in the UK to lead a small team of aircraft technicians within a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) environment. You will ensure adherence to MAA/MRP Part 145 procedures, supervise technicians, and manage documentation for regulatory compliance.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills, and a working knowledge of aviation QA and SMS requirements. UK security clearance will be pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical documents and publications.
• Experience with aviation maintenance processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aircraft maintenance under MAA MRP Part 145 or MOD approvals.
• Supervise and mentor technicians; plan, sequence and control work.
• Ensure timely, accurate work recording and regulatory compliance.
• Distribute workload to meet delivery schedules and maintain safety standards.
• Provide guidance and oversight to apprentices and trainees as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
