Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or supervising workshop activity.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work to Technicians based on skill and workload.
• Manage daily workshop workflow and productivity.
• Monitor repair progress and deadlines.
• Carry out quality control on completed work.
• Support Technicians with technical queries and complex repairs.
• Liaise with Service Advisors for vehicle updates.
• Identify and communicate additional work promptly.
• Monitor technician efficiency and utilisation.
• Ensure repair procedures are followed.
• Provide technical guidance and problem solving.
