Job summary

Ocado Group is recruiting an experienced Engineer to join our Customer Fulfilment Centre in Bicester. You will be the principal point of contact for critical technical issues and keep the operation running smoothly through proactive maintenance on conveyors, lifts and cranes.

We operate 24/7 with 12-hour shifts across days, nights and weekends. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in engineering, a Level 3 qualification or engineering degree, and FMCG experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Ideally from an FMCG background.
• You are computer literate and eager to learn new skills.
• Health and safety is a top priority and you are trained to work safely at height.
• You hold at least a Level 3 qualification or a relevant engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Be the principal point of contact for critical technical issues.
• Keep the operation running smoothly through proactive maintenance and improvements.
• Work on conveyors, lifts and cranes within a 24/7 operation.
