Job summary
Ocado Group is seeking an experienced Engineer to join the team at our Erith Customer Fulfilment Centre. You will be the principal point of contact for critical technical issues and support 24/7 operations, working 12-hour shifts across days, nights and weekends on state-of-the-art conveyor and material handling systems.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in FMCG is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and safety-minded approach.
- Able to operate computerised maintenance systems and basic software.
Responsibilities
- Act as principal contact for critical technical issues and keep the operation running smoothly.
- Carry out proactive maintenance and improvement works across machinery and conveyors.
- Maintain and troubleshoot lifts, cranes, and other materials handling equipment.
- Support a 24/7 shift pattern with 12-hour shifts across days, nights and weekends.
