Job summary

Sky UK is seeking an Authentication Services Technical Specialist to maintain and improve the authentication infrastructure across Sky. You will manage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, DNS and DHCP, applying a process-driven approach to service delivery.

You will work in a hybrid role with two days at the Osterley office weekly, handling BAU tasks, security compliance, vulnerability management and incident resolution in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with authentication and infrastructure technologies.
• Experience supporting and engineering enterprise-scale platforms in high-pressure environments.
• Proven ability to identify vulnerabilities and drive secure, resilient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support for Authentication Services, including on-call duties.
• Patch servers to latest levels and ensure TSA compliance evidence for auditors.
• Resolve vulnerabilities in a timely, secure manner and propose improvements.
• Collaborate to develop secure, resilient and supportable solutions across teams.
• Maintain platform service quality with customer-focused, analytical problem solving.
