Sky UK Limited is seeking an Authentication Services Platform Engineer to provide BAU support for authentication infrastructure across Sky’s enterprise environment. You will work with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, DNS, and DHCP, ensuring secure, compliant operations and proactive improvements.

Role involves on-call support and close collaboration with the team to patch systems, mitigate vulnerabilities, and deliver resilient authentication services.

Formación

• Experience supporting and engineering enterprise-scale technology platforms in a high-pressure environment.
• Troubleshooting complex technical problems and identifying risks.
• Willingness to use automation to improve platform operations and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide BAU support for Authentication Services, including off-hours on-call shifts.
• Ensure servers are patched to latest levels and TSA compliance is met with evidence for auditors.
• Identify and resolve vulnerabilities in a timely, secure manner.
• Propose improvements to services, processes and technologies managed by the team.
• Collaborate with the wider team to develop secure, resilient, and supportable solutions.
