You’ll act as a senior technical point of support, guiding dialogue editing, QA and mastering, and mentoring colleagues while staying hands-on when required. Collaboration with management and production teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a commercial audio post-production environment.
• Hands‑on experience delivering dialogue editing, QA and mastering to professional client standards.
• Experience working on high-volume or multilingual content in games or outsourcing contexts.
• Ability to mentor and support colleagues and participate in development conversations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical point of support for the Post-Production team.
• Provide guidance on dialogue editing, audio QA and mastering.
• Carry out quality reviews to support delivery standards.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Coordinate day-to-day post-production activity with the Post-Production Manager.
• Communicate project priorities and deadlines to the team.
• Identify delivery risks and escalate appropriately.
• Represent the Post-Production team professionally in project discussions.
