Job summary

Digital Media Services UK Limited in London seeks an account manager to oversee a key client, ensuring top-tier service and efficient post-production workflows. You will coordinate briefing meetings, liaise with customer service, and drive localisation across editing, subtitling, and delivery.

You will maintain high levels of client engagement, manage production briefs, and support billing processes while ensuring quality control and timely delivery of all work.

Qualifications

• Experience in post production with high level client service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal/external contacts.
• Ability to manage timelines and production briefs across teams.

Responsibilities

• The day to day oversight of a key account.
• To manage the provision of a full and professional client service, ensuring that all creative & post production jobs flow efficiently and are delivered on time and to the highest possible standards.
• To ensure that a high level of client service and client engagement is maintained at all times.
• To take creative and finishing briefing meetings with the client.
• To oversee, coordinating and delivering all aspects of the client’s relationship with DMS with various internal teams.
• To work with customer service coordinators to manage the localisation process across editing, motion graphics, subtitling, audio mixing and technical delivery.
• To ensure that all work is delivered to an appropriate technical and creative quality.
• To ensure consistency of output and quality control standards prior to final delivery.
• To provide information for client billing and invoicing where appropriate.
• Where possible to offer support to the Global Account Managers at relevant times.
