Job summary

Solotech is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Live Productions (Audio) in the United Kingdom to lead end-to-end audio delivery for live events. You will translate client needs into detailed plans, design audio systems, and manage equipment logistics across warehouses and venues.

With at least 3 years in a similar role and a degree in audio or live event management, you will collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure flawless sound and timely event execution.

Qualifications

• Degree-level or equivalent practical experience in audio or live event production management.
• Proven expertise in sound systems and technology.
• Experience coordinating complex logistics across multiple warehouses and sites.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs for audio into project plans and work orders.
• Compile detailed audio equipment pull lists and schematics.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure assets are catalogued and delivered on time.
• Oversee audio system design and technical aspects of live events from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with lighting, video and rigging as value-added support.
• Manage each project from brief to completion, including post-event reviews.
• Maintain team communication, logistics and project documentation.
• Handle ad-hoc requests as required by your manager.
