knowmad mood is seeking a senior transformation consultant to advise C-level and senior leaders on platform strategy, governance and operating models. You will lead workshops and complex engagements, shaping roadmaps and delivering executive-grade outputs.

The role requires executive presence, strong facilitation, and deep knowledge of governance, business value and AI-enabled workstreams across multiple clients in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Senior or principal level transformation, technology or management consulting.
• Executive presence and credibility with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation to move senior groups from ambiguity to decisions.
• Ability to define future states across people, process, governance and platform.
• Experience designing operating models and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior leaders, aligning strategy with outcomes and transformation priorities.
• Lead current-state assessments spanning structure, governance, process, adoption and data.
• Shape transformation roadmaps balancing ambition with client readiness and value.
• Advise on AI-enabled ways of working for measurable value when appropriate.
