Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a senior Customer Success leader to work from the UK, guiding strategic accounts and driving AI-enabled transformation. You will engage C-suite stakeholders, design CSPs, and collaborate across sales, product, and support to deliver measurable value and adoption across global teams.

You will accelerate product adoption, manage complex programs, and advocate for customer needs to shape Atlassian products and services in a fast-moving enterprise context.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or enterprise transformation.
• Executive presence and experience delivering solutions at the SVP/C-level for Fortune 500/global enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformational initiatives that drive measurable customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executives, positioning Atlassian as a strategic partner in digital and AI transformation journeys.
• Accelerate product adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes across global teams.
• Lead Customer Success Plans (CSPs) aligned with customer goals, including regular check-ins and strategic planning sessions.
• Guide customers and internal teams through complex implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Advise customers on leveraging Atlassian’s AI and emerging technologies to enhance strategies and operations.
• Identify risks, elevate issues, and drive mitigation strategies with account teams.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to improve products and services.
• Partner with sales, product, support, and advisory services to deliver a seamless customer experience.
