Horwich Farrelly is seeking an Associate Solicitor to manage a caseload of litigated RTA claims for major motor insurers. The role is hybrid, based in Liverpool, with opportunities to lead on liability assessments and quantum for cases up to £500k.

You will work within a team of experienced professionals, handling court appearances and client communications while contributing to high-quality outcomes and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with experience handling own caseload.
• Experience of conducting litigated RTA claims up to £500k.
• Strong organisation, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigated RTA claims for major motor insurers.
• Assess liability and quantum; meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Prepare and review evidence, disclose documents, and court filings.
• Advise clients on tactics and review evidence; attend conferences/hearings.
