Job summary

HF in Liverpool is seeking a Solicitor / Senior Paralegal / Litigation Executive to join the Catastrophic and Complex Injury team on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will manage a caseload of RTA claims valued between £50,000 and £250,000, supporting senior lawyers on higher-value matters while progressing your career within a dynamic team.

The role offers a collaborative environment, exposure to major motor insurer cases, and opportunities to advance technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience handling largely litigated large loss RTA claims.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a caseload of mainly litigated RTA claims with values between £50,000 and £250,000.
• Manage court timetables and deadlines.
• Prepare and review evidence and draft court documents.
• Attend conferences with experts, clients and counsel.
• Represent clients at hearings where appropriate; interview witnesses.
• Maintain high standards of professional conduct and client relationships.
