Responsibilities

• Run a caseload of litigated RTA claims valued between £50,000–£250,000.
• Manage court timetables and prepare evidence.
• Advise clients on tactics and reserves; attend conferences and hearings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and meet deadlines and SLAs.
