Job summary

Horwich Farrelly in the UK is recruiting a Motor Team Leader to supervise a litigated claims unit within our busy defendant RTA practice. You will lead, coach and develop lawyers, ensuring delivery of high-quality work and achievement of performance metrics.

You will manage a team of litigators, support broader firm projects, and play a key role in client relationships and new tenders. Hybrid working and a supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong litigation background with management experience in a legal services environment.
• Experience leading a litigated caseload to guide and advise team members.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise a full workload, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to deliver effective service and meet KPIs.
• Coach and monitor performance, identify training needs, and perform file reviews.
• Prepare MI and support audits, while collaborating on operational projects.
• Supervise a litigated claims team and manage client relationships.
• Contribute to new tenders and firm events.
