Job summary

Horwich Farrelly in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Paralegal - Litigation Executive to join the Catastrophic and Complex Injury team. The role focuses on handling large loss RTA claims and supporting senior lawyers.

You will work in a hybrid setup, manage case load valued between £50,000 and £250,000, meet deadlines, liaise with clients, insurers, and experts, and contribute to a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting litigation teams and handling large loss claims.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple files.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a caseload of mainly litigated RTA claims on behalf of major motor insurers.
• Managing and complying with court timetables; preparing/reviewing evidence.
• Advising clients on tactics and reserves; drafting court documents.
• Interviewing witnesses and maintaining strong client relationships; ensuring SLAs are met.
