Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Senior Associate in the People Lifecycle team to drive and deliver key employee lifecycle processes. You will partner with teams across the People Function to review, redesign and enhance processes, using data-driven decision making and innovative solutions.

You will work with stakeholders across People Solutions, Business Partnering and Centres of Excellence to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and employee experience.

Job description

As a Senior Associate within the People Lifecycle team, you will play a key role in driving and delivering our key people processes across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with teams across the People Function to review, redesign and enhance processes, leverage technology, improve governance and reporting, and support the delivery of strategic people priorities. Working alongside stakeholders across People Solutions, Business Partnering teams, Centres of Excellence and the broader business, you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and employee experience through data-driven decision making and innovative solutions.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Drive operational excellence across People processes by applying continuous improvement methodologies, process reviews, root cause analysis and sustainable solution design.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery, employee experience, operational efficiency and measurable business outcomes.
• Maintain effective process governance, documentation and knowledge management, ensuring policies, guidance and standards remain accurate, accessible and up to date.
• Manage a portfolio of workforce-related cases, providing operational support across performance management, appeals, reward, talent and other people processes.
• Use people and operational data to generate insights, monitor performance and inform decisions that improve workforce processes and employee outcomes.
• Deliver operational excellence projects and change initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to implement strategic priorities and communicate recommendations, progress and benefits effectively.

This Role Is For You If

• You have experience working within a HR, People Function or shared services environment.
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information and identify practical solutions.
• You have experience working with data, reporting and management information to support decision making.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence
• You have experience managing multiple priorities and delivering work to agreed timescales.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create high-quality documentation and presentations.
• You have strong project management and organisational skills.
• You have a collaborative approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and process improvement
