Qualifications

• Demonstrable litigation experience, ideally within group litigation context.
• Commercially astute with awareness of legal and business issues.
• Outstanding analytical, innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of paralegals and professionals to progress bulk client claims.
• Prepare correspondence to opposing counsel and clients; review documents for Court submission.
• Resolve data issues during data collation and manage case information.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to progress cases.
• Manage legal documentation and demonstrate effective case management.
• Conduct research, draft and review documentation relating to cases, including client queries.
