Job summary

LC Legal in Manchester seeks an experienced Senior Associate to join its Residential Property Litigation team. You will manage a broad range of contentious residential property matters and advise clients on complex disputes with a strategic, commercially focused approach.

You will draft and review pleadings, provide advocacy where appropriate, supervise juniors, and contribute to business development while delivering outstanding client service in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in residential property litigation.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Commercially aware with ability to deliver practical advice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of residential property litigation matters.
• Advise landlords, developers and private clients on contentious matters.
• Handle cases through all stages of litigation including pre-action, negotiation and court proceedings.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings and statements.
