Job summary

Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions is seeking a Litigation Executive to join our client’s Manchester team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will manage your own litigation caseload from instruction to conclusion, drafting clear correspondence and court documents, and progressing matters in line with timetables and service standards.

Essentially, you will have 1–5 years’ PQE (or equivalent), strong drafting and client communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent litigation experience.
• 1–5 years’ PQE (or equivalent) within a litigation environment.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Confident client communication and a practical, commercial approach.
• Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a busy caseload.
• Comfortable using case management systems and standard IT tools.
• Experience of ADR, negotiation or mediation (desirable).
• Exposure to higher value or more complex matters (desirable).
• Experience working as part of a bigger team on multi-party disputes (desirable).
