Realm Recruit Ltd. in Greater Manchester is recruiting a Litigation Associate to join a small, collaborative dispute resolution team. You’ll work with the Head of Litigation, managing a varied caseload from contracts to insolvency, with scope to become second-in-command.

The firm promotes work-life balance with a cap of 4.5 chargeable hours per day and hybrid working, including up to 2 days at home. An Associate role from day one, with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years' PQE in litigation.
• Broad dispute resolution experience.
• Strong client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a broad litigation caseload
• Taking substantial ownership of matters
• Working directly with the Head of Litigation
• Handling new enquiries
• Supporting a junior team member
• Contributing to legal advice sessions
• Supporting business development
• Helping grow the litigation offering
• Taking on greater leadership responsibility
