Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in commercial litigation.
• Experience managing own complex caseload.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent client care and communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of commercial disputes for a range of clients.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, instructions to counsel and settlement documentation.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Attend hearings, conferences and client meetings; contribute to business development.
