Job summary

KP Law, a specialist litigation boutique, seeks a qualified solicitor with Personal Injury/Serious Injury experience to lead multi‑stream case work alongside partners and senior associates. You will oversee paralegals and data analysts, prepare court documents, and manage complex client files with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with Personal Injury / Serious Injury or Catastrophic injury.
• Ability to review and report on medical forms.
• Commercially astute and aware of key legal and business issues.
• Outstanding analytical, innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective, trusted relationships.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of supervising trainees and/or paralegals.
• Self-starter, willing to take on responsibility and manage multiple case workstreams day to day.
• Willing to think logically and provide solutions, even when issues are novel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptionally high standards of work with partners and senior associates.
• Lead teams of paralegals and data analysts to progress bulk claims.
• Prepare correspondence to opposing counsel and clients; review documents for Court/Tribunal.
• Resolve data issues during collation of clients’ information.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to progress and manage cases.
• Conduct research, drafting, and reviewing documentation for relevant cases.
