Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with residential property litigation experience.
Strong technical expertise across contentious residential property matters.
Experience managing complex disputes with minimal supervision.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Commercially aware with practical, strategic advice.
Proactive client relationship management and business development.

Responsibilities

Manage a broad range of residential property litigation matters.
Advise landlords, developers, housing associations, managing agents, and private clients.
Handle cases through all stages of litigation, including pre-action strategy.
Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, statements, and settlements.
Provide pragmatic advice on risk, strategies, and outcomes.
Build strong client relationships and deliver high levels of service.
Supervise and support junior lawyers and contribute to their development.
Engage in business development activities to grow the practice.
