Job summary
Aldwych Consulting Ltd in the UK is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Electrical Engineer to join its Scotland team, based in Glasgow or Edinburgh. You’ll lead delivery of electrical building services across healthcare, education, data centres, commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors.
You’ll act as a key client contact, supervise multidisciplinary teams and manage delivery, resources and commercial risk.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
- Chartered status is required for Senior Associate and desirable or in progress for Associate.
- Extensive project and client leadership experience with strong technical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of electrical building services projects across sectors.
- Act as key client contact and develop strong relationships.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage delivery, resources, costs and risks.
- Review technical work and support development of junior engineers.
- Ensure designs meet standards and quality requirements.
- Contribute to business development and future opportunities.
- Share knowledge and help develop the local team.
- Senior Associates will lead larger schemes and support bids/interviews.
