You’ll act as a key client contact, supervise multidisciplinary teams and manage delivery, resources and commercial risk.

A leading engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate Electrical Engineer to join its growing Scotland team.
This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to take ownership of major projects, lead client relationships and help shape a high-performing team.
You’ll lead the delivery of technically excellent and commercially successful electrical engineering projects across sectors including healthcare, education, data centres, commercial, residential, infrastructure and technology.
Senior Associates will also lead larger multidisciplinary schemes, support bids and interviews, and play a key role in the leadership and growth of the local practice.
You’ll have a degree or equivalent in Electrical/Building Services Engineering, extensive project and client leadership experience, and strong technical knowledge of electrical building services.
Chartered status is required for Senior Associate level and desirable or in progress for Associate level.
Strong leadership, communication and commercial skills are essential, alongside experience with BIM and relevant industry software.
