Job summary
Aldwych Consulting is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Electrical Engineer in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The role offers hybrid, full-time employment focussed on owning major projects and leading client relationships.
You will lead delivery across healthcare, education, data centres, commercial and residential sectors, ensuring high-quality designs and compliance. Chartered status is required for Senior Associate and desirable for Associate, with strong leadership and BIM experience.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering.
- Chartered status is required for Senior Associate and desirable or in progress for Associate.
- Strong leadership and client relationship management with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key client contact and develop strong relationships.
- Lead electrical and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Manage delivery, resources, costs and commercial risks.
- Review technical work and support development of junior engineers.
- Ensure designs meet standards, regulations and quality requirements.
- Contribute to business development and future opportunities.
- Share technical knowledge and help develop the local team.
