Job summary

Arm in Leicester is seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to lead a commercial property portfolio, deliver asset optimisation, and oversee strategic planning and governance. Hybrid working is available for this role.

The position requires MRICS membership, a real estate degree, and strong experience in asset management, financial appraisals, and commercial negotiations. You will coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to drive value across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Property, or a similar discipline.
• Full Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
• Strong experience in commercial property / asset management.
• Proven experience of financial appraisals, valuations, lease management and commercial negotiations.
• Experience managing property portfolios and delivering asset optimisation, disposal or development strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Developing asset management, investment and disposal strategies.

• Preparing reports, recommendations and strategic property information for senior stakeholders and relevant committees.
• Contributing to corporate asset management plans and wider property strategies.
• Maintaining accurate property and asset management information using relevant systems, CAD/GIS and other software.

Rate: £500 per day (Inside IR35)

Contract: 3 months
