Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to oversee a diverse commercial property portfolio and drive value through strategic asset management and negotiations.

You will manage a caseload of assets, develop investment strategies, and lead financial appraisals for lettings, renewals and disposals, while coordinating with external consultants and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Property, or a similar discipline.
• Full Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
• Strong experience in commercial property / asset management.
• Proven experience of financial appraisals, valuations, lease management and commercial negotiations.
• Experience managing property portfolios and delivering asset optimisation, disposal or development strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Developing asset management, investment and disposal strategies.
• Identifying surplus and under-performing assets and developing value-add opportunities.
• Undertaking financial and commercial appraisals for lettings, rent reviews, renewals and refurbishments.
• Leading commercial negotiations with developers, partners, stakeholders and other parties.
• Managing external property and legal consultants to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Providing valuation and strategic asset management advice on retention, disposal, development and investment opportunities.
• Ensuring statutory, legal and governance requirements are met across the property portfolio.
• Preparing reports, recommendations and strategic property information for senior stakeholders and relevant committees.
• Contributing to corporate asset management plans and wider property strategies.
• Maintaining accurate property and asset management information using relevant systems, CAD/GIS and other software.

Senior Asset Manager

Location: Leicester - LE3 (hybrid possible)
Rate: £500 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: 3 months

The Role
