Job summary

Motability Operations Ltd seeks an Asset Risk Senior Risk Modeller to join the Asset Risk Modelling Team in the UK. You will forecast key financial risks including residual value, SMR, insurance pricing, economic capital and customer pricing, while ensuring robust model risk management.

Reporting to the Modelling Manager, you will lead BAU model delivery, oversee the modelling framework, and challenge outputs for effective communication with business SMEs. Hybrid working in the UK is available.

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Understanding, operating and explaining complex models.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Support and inform the Asset Risk strategy.
• Oversee the model risk management framework for Asset Risk.
• Lead delivery of BAU requirements for residual value forecasting, maintenance spend, pricing and capital models.
• Challenge model components and communicate outputs to bridge models and deliverables.
• Lead strategic modelling projects with business SMEs and ensure joint ownership.
