Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop Brit's capital modelling capabilities in support of the Risk Management Framework and regulatory capital submissions.
• Own day-to-day components of the capital model and collaborate with the Senior Actuary, other actuaries and analysts to ensure outputs are accurate, timely and useful.
• Turn complex capital outputs into clear insights for senior stakeholders, committees, Boards and regulators.
• Support capital-related training and strategic projects across capital management, business planning, reinsurance, risk appetite and portfolio optimisation, while identifying practical efficiencies without compromising governance.
