Job summary

Motability Operations Ltd is seeking a proactive Data Product Manager to join the Asset Risk division. You will drive the strategy and roadmap for AR data products, coordinating with the Technology Group to align vision and deliverables, and managing two Product Owners.

• Experience delivering data or tech products within complex organisations.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including technology and business units.
• Ability to define and socialise product roadmaps and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term Product vision and AR Product roadmap.
• Plan, coordinate, refine and deploy the AR Product roadmap with prioritisation across workstreams.
• Ensure budgets, resources and timelines are approved and socialised with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Technology Group to align deliverables with the AR roadmap.
• Maintain operational health of AR systems and act as senior point of contact.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to enable collaboration.
• Manage two Product Owners, including performance reviews and development.
• Understand team velocity and capacity to optimise resource allocation.
