Job summary

RVU Limited is seeking a Risk Pricing Lead to advance our pricing and underwriting capabilities. The role sits in the Data & Analytics team, with hybrid work in London and optional office-based work in Fleet, Hampshire.

You will build and manage pricing models using claim and policy data, balancing profitability with growth. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Data, and Product teams to ensure models are implemented effectively and communicate insights to senior stakeholders and insurer

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building pricing or risk models.
• Ability to model with limited or low-quality data.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience in UK general insurance, motor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing models and portfolio insights to hit target loss ratios.
• Lead feature selection, segmentation and model validation.
• Apply credibility techniques when data is scarce and price effectively.
• Monitor model performance and commercial impact after deployment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Product to implement models.
