You will manage contractual obligations, drive performance, and lead a team of Asset Managers while liaising with clients and stakeholders across the business. Qualifications

• :Degree in Engineering or related field is required or significant equivalent experience.
• :Experience in managing technical operations of solar assets or similar technologies.
• :Strong understanding of solar technology, SCADA, and HSE UK legislation.
• :Proven contract management experience with ability to read and enforce contracts.
• :Excellent data analysis, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for portfolio of clients and site owners.
• Lead a team of Asset Managers and coordinate internal/external stakeholders.
• Own portfolio delivery of contracted services and optimise asset performance.
• Manage O&M contracts, service agreements, and renewal processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
