Responsibilities

• Strategic Client & Asset Management: set strategy with asset managers and lead relationships with professionalism.
• Customer Management & Experience: act as primary contact for occupier inquiries and oversee service delivery.
• Financial Management & Service Charges: support budgets, cashflow, and debt recovery; oversee invoices and reconciliations.
• Lease and Legal Management: handle lease queries, compliance with covenants, and liaise with advisers as required.
• Health & Safety and Compliance Management: coordinate H&S checks, incident reporting, and ISO compliance.
• ESG and Sustainability: support ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting.
• Supplier & Contract Management: manage framework partners, contracts, and variation initiatives.
• Property Operations and Inspections: conduct site inspections and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Transactions and Transitions: support disposals, acquisitions, and readiness for sale packs.
• Insurance Management: manage on-site insurance activities and claims.
• Technology: leverage tools like accounting, CRM, ESG platforms to improve service.
