Bradley Environmental Consultants, part of the Vadella Group, is seeking a Qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst / Consultant in Maidstone to join the national field-based team. You will deliver asbestos surveying, analytical and consultancy services across the UK, following HSG guidelines and industry best practice.

You'll work independently with support from an experienced technical team, producing accurate surveys and reports, maintaining health and safety standards, and providing expert

Formación

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent).
• BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications (or equivalent).
• Ideally two years’ experience within the asbestos industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS check.
• IT skills; Microsoft Teams experience beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys in accordance with HSG264.
• Completing asbestos reinspection surveys and audits.
• Undertaking asbestos air monitoring, four-stage clearances and analytical services in accordance with HSG248.
• Supervising licensed asbestos removal projects.
• Producing accurate survey reports and technical documentation.
• Providing professional technical advice and consultancy to clients.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and professionalism.
• Representing Bradley Environmental Consultants to the highest standard on client sites.
