Job summary

Bradley Environmental Consultants is seeking a field-based asbestos surveyor for nationwide work. The role involves delivering professional surveying, analytical and consultancy services across commercial, industrial, healthcare and public sectors.

You will work independently with a skilled team, performing Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys, air monitoring and reports, while ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice throughout the UK.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications (or equivalent) preferred.
• Typically two years’ asbestos industry experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys per HSG264.
• Complete asbestos reinspection surveys and audits.
• Undertake air monitoring, four-stage clearance and analytical work per HSG248.
• Supervise licensed asbestos removal projects where required.
• Produce accurate survey reports and technical documentation.
• Provide professional technical advice and client consultancy.
• Maintain high health, safety and professional standards.
• Represent Bradley Environmental Consultants on client sites.
