Job summary

Bradley Environmental Consultants – powered by Vadella – seeks a qualified Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst/Consultant for our Blackpool region. This field-based role blends independent fieldwork with strong technical support from a seasoned team, serving diverse commercial and public sites across the UK.

We require BOHS P402 and P403/P404 qualifications (or equivalents), with preference for two years’ industry experience.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 and P403/P404 qualifications or equivalent.
• Two years’ asbestos industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys per HSG264.
• Complete reinspection surveys and audits of asbestos.
• Perform air monitoring and four-stage clearance per HSG248.
• Supervise licensed asbestos removal projects and prepare reports.
• Provide technical advice and maintain high health and safety standards.
