Bradley Environmental Consultants – Powered by Vadella is recruiting for experienced asbestos surveyors, analysts, and consultants to join a national team in Maidstone. This field-based role offers diverse site work across commercial, industrial, healthcare and public sectors with a supportive, expert team.

You will deliver high-quality surveying, analysis and consultancy services in line with current legislation, while maintaining safety, reporting accuracy and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent).
• BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications (or equivalent).
• Ideally two years’ experience within the asbestos industry.
• Strong working knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys per HSG264.
• Complete asbestos reinspection surveys and audits.
• Perform asbestos air monitoring, 4-stage clearances and analytical services per HSG248.
• Supervise licensed asbestos removal projects.
• Produce accurate survey reports and technical documentation.
• Provide professional technical advice and consultancy to clients.
• Maintain high health, safety and professionalism standards.
• Represent Bradley Environmental Consultants on client sites.
