Bradley Environmental Consultants – Powered by Vadella is recruiting an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst/Consultant for field-based work in Ossett. The role covers management, refurbishment and demolition surveys, air monitoring, audits and consultancy services across the UK.

You’ll work with a skilled team and deliver high-quality reports to clients. The ideal candidate holds BOHS P402 and P403/P404, has 2 years of asbestos experience, strong HSG248/HSG264 knowledge, and excellent

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent).
• BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications (or equivalent).
• Ideally two years’ experience within the asbestos industry.
• Strong working knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours and a full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by the company).

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys in accordance with HSG264.
• Completing asbestos reinspection surveys and audits.
• Undertaking asbestos air monitoring, four-stage clearances and analytical services in accordance with HSG248.
• Supervising licensed asbestos removal projects.
• Producing accurate survey reports and technical documentation.
• Providing professional technical advice and consultancy to clients.
• Maintaining high health, safety and professionalism standards.
• Representing Bradley Environmental Consultants on client sites.
