Job summary

Bradley Environmental Consultants – powered by the Vadella Group – is seeking experienced asbestos surveyors, analysts and consultants to join our Livingston team. This field-based role focuses on delivering high-quality asbestos surveying, analytical and consultancy services to clients across the UK, with a strong emphasis on health, safety and professionalism.

You will work independently within a skilled technical team, handling surveys, audits, air monitoring and reporting, while contributing

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent) required.
• BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications (or equivalent) required.
• Ideally two years’ experience within the asbestos industry.
• Strong working knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good IT skills; Driving licence.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys in accordance with HSG264.
• Completing asbestos reinspection surveys and audits.
• Undertaking asbestos air monitoring, four-stage clearances and analytical services in accordance with HSG248.
• Supervising licensed asbestos removal projects.
• Producing accurate survey reports and technical documentation.
• Providing professional technical advice and consultancy to clients.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and professionalism.
• Representing Bradley Environmental Consultants to the highest standard on client sites.
