Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland seeks an experienced professional to lead on bridge design and integration, guiding engineers, graduates and apprentices within their discipline on client projects. You will drive delivery against quality, time and budget while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the design lifecycle.

Responsibilities include leading small-to-medium work packages, coordinating multi-discipline teams, and supporting business development activities.

Qualifications

Degree level or equivalent relevant to own discipline.
Experience in working with offshore production centres is desirable.
Demonstrable experience delivering projects with multi-discipline teams.
Ability to translate regulations and standards to junior staff.

Responsibilities

Lead on design and integration on projects, delivering against quality, time and budget.
Monitor team performance against obligations and quality, with corrective actions.
Manage design production, checks and approvals per Client and SYSTRA processes.
Communicate project requirements effectively to the team.
Act as Work Package Manager on small to medium projects.
Support work winning and marketing activities.
Ensure safety, health and environmental compliance across the lifecycle.
