Job summary

Eteach is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth within the education sector from the South West region. Based in the UK with remote working options, you will build strategic partnerships with multi-academy trusts, local authorities, and education partners to secure talent solutions.

You'll lead consultative B2B sales, manage complex deals with senior stakeholders, forecast pipeline, and champion renewals and upsell opportunities to deliver sustainable growth for Eteach.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of consultative B2B/B2C sales success.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop business cases.
• Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Confident communicator with polished presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and win new business opportunities with multi-academy trusts, education recruitment partners, and large school networks.
• Develop tailored proposals and deliver high-quality presentations to senior decision-makers and executive boards.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline to support consistent achievement of growth targets.
• Drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insight and solutions that address evolving client needs.
• Attend relevant sector events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote Eteach, generate leads, and stay visible in the market.
• Share market intelligence and best practices across the team.
• Accurately forecast revenue, pipeline status, and expected performance against targets.
